1.1 ORDER PROCESSING DURATION:

When you place an order in our website, the placed order will be processed within two business days and will be shipped the very same day without any delay.

Any delay in the processing phase, will be shared with the customer in detail.

1.2 DELIVERY TIME:

Within India:

If you have paid for your order beforehand[PREPAID] with any UPI app, with CREDIT/DEBIT Cards, Netbanking or a Direct Bank Transfer, we will ship your order with PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. You will get the product by the next business day on WEEKDAYS, and by the next working day on WEEKENDS.

If in case your order is *Cash on Delivery* also, you can expect the delivery in 2-4 business days itself. We use SHIPROCKET application for the hassle-free delivery of COD orders. (COD will be given at a minimal expense of Rs.40)

International Shipping:

Paatti Vaithiyapodi provides international shipments, most of the shipments take place with Fedex, DHL& Aramex. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes(If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchanges and Return are strictly not applicable on international orders.

1.3 Shipping Costs:

For PREPAID orders we levy a shipping charge of Rs.50 and we provide completely free shipping if the order total is above Rs.300(Applicable only within Tamil Nadu).

For COD orders we levy a standard shipping charge of Rs.40. If in case your order contains any Rice & Millet varieties, a minimal extra charge will be levied as a goods charge.

1.4 Possible Interruptions & Delay:

First of all please do understand that these are challenging times. COVID 19 has proven that and is still proving that. So considering the rise in COVID case counts at some places, the delivery might get delayed.

Also, if you have ordered fresh/dried leaves of a specific plant or a product that’s not easily available, your order might get slightly delayed considering the freshness/dryness requested and the availability of the rare product. We will get in touch with you and let you know the shipping details for the respective orders.

1.5 Live Tracking of Shipment:

The live tracking link will be shared with the customer once the shipping is complete.

After this, you have to take responsibility for your order and make sure you receive your parcel. This is because, we are shipping your parcels with 3rd party shippers. We can’t request them for too many attempts and too many calls. Kindly be ready to collect the parcel on the day of delivery and keep your phones handy. Do understand this and act accordingly.

In case of any discrepancies, the proprietor’s decision will be final.
